  • Website usage data — pages visited, session duration, browser type (collected via analytics cookies if consented)

We collect data through our website contact form, telephone conversations, email, and directly from families during initial consultations.

5. Data Protection Measures

We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. These include access controls limiting who within Solwen can view client information, and confidentiality agreements with all care aides.
